SFLHCC Hosts 32nd Annual Installation Luncheon & Golden Eagle Award Ceremony

The South Florida Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (SFLHCC) successfully hosted its 32nd Annual Installation Luncheon & Golden Eagle Award Ceremony on Friday, May 6, at The Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, bringing together business leaders, elected officials, and community members for a meaningful afternoon of recognition and leadership.

The Chamber proudly honored Ron Magill, former Communications Director at Zoo Miami, with the prestigious Golden Eagle Award for his outstanding contributions to conservation, education, and the community.

The event also included the official installation of the SFLHCC Board of Directors, reaffirming the Chamber’s continued commitment to supporting and advancing South Florida’s Hispanic business community.

The program also included a panel discussion moderated by Ambrosio Hernández, Univision Miami anchor and 10-time Emmy Award-winning journalist, titled “First Year Review of Miami-Dade County Constitutional Officers,” with:

  • The Honorable Alina Garcia, Supervisor of Elections
  • Gerardo Gomez, Deputy Tax Collector
  • The Honorable Rosie Cordero-Stutz, Sheriff
  • The Honorable Juan Fernandez Barquin, Clerk of the Courts and Comptroller

Coral Gables, FL — La Cámara de Comercio Hispana del Sur de Florida (SFLHCC) organizó con éxito su 32.º Almuerzo Anual de Investidura y Ceremonia de Entrega del Premio Águila Dorada el viernes 6 de mayo, en el Hotel Biltmore en Coral Gables, reuniendo a líderes empresariales, funcionarios electos y miembros de la comunidad para disfrutar de una tarde significativa dedicada al reconocimiento y al liderazgo.
La Cámara tuvo el orgullo de honrar a Ron Magill, exdirector de Comunicaciones de Zoo Miami, con el prestigioso Premio Águila Dorada por sus destacadas contribuciones a la conservación, la educación y la comunidad.
El evento también incluyó la investidura oficial de la Junta Directiva de la SFLHCC, reafirmando el compromiso continuo de la Cámara de apoyar y promover a la comunidad empresarial hispana del sur de Florida.
