South Florida PBS (WPBT & WXEL) is honored to have received 6 Suncoast 2021 Emmy Awards during the virtual ceremony on Saturday, December 11h.
“We are very grateful and honored to have received six Emmy Awards. It is very gratifying to have our work recognized, especially in the Arts/Entertainment category. It validates our mission of making arts and cultural programming accessible to everyone. Moreover, we are very proud of our team of producers and independent producing partners who create such educational and thought-provoking content. Production has continued to be a challenge during this time of COVID and so it is doubly exciting and rewarding to be able to produce programs that offer a unique value to the South Florida community,” expressed CEO and president Dolores Sukhdeo.
