Terrabank moving corporate headquarters to Coral Gables
One Alhambra Plaza

Terrabank will relocate its headquarters to a new 40,000-square-foot office located at One Alhambra Plaza in Coral Gables. It will occupy two floors and will have a banking center on the ground floor. The move will be finalized by the end of March.

The Class A office building will afford Terrabank the opportunity to further develop and grow its brand, enhance customer service and optimize employee collaboration and performance.

“As Terrabank continues building on the momentum of our 40th anniversary milestone last year, relocating our headquarters to the heart of Coral Gables marks a defining moment for the bank,” stated Francisco Martinez, chair of the board of Terrabank. “This iconic location reflects our commitment to South Florida by supporting our long-term growth and deepening our connection to the community.”

The existing branch at 3191 Coral Way will remain open while the new banking center at One Alhambra Plaza is completed.

“As a trusted financial advisor for small- to mid-size businesses, this move strengthens our domestic presence,” said Antonio Uribe, president and CEO of Terrabank. “Establishing our headquarters in Coral Gables, a global business hub at the crossroads of the Americas, allows us to expand our reach while continuing to deliver personalized financial solutions to the clients we proudly serve.”

For the interior design, Terrabank selected Pradere Designer Workspaces, a second-generation family business which brings more than five decades of experience in delivering curated workspace furnishings and design solutions for a variety of diverse industries and businesses.

Terrabank’s new offices will feature breathtaking views of Coral Gables and the Miami skyline, an outdoor terrace and walkable access to Giralda Avenue and Miracle Mile.

Surrounded by award-winning dining and upscale boutiques, the building provides covered parking, ground-floor retail, 24/7 security and energy-efficient systems with sustainability-focused upgrades.
