The National Association of Home Builders and the National Sales and Marketing Council presented The Palace at Coral Gables with two prestigious awards, Jan 12, in Orlando.
During the “Nationals,” the 30th annual award presentation which honors innovation, creativity and endurance of the best in sales and marketing, The Palace at Coral Gables received “Gold” for On-the-Boards Multi-Family.
In accepting the award, Adam Rosenblum, vice president of sales and marketing for The Palace, explained to the audience how inspiration for the community’s design is drawn from the historic landmark hotel in Paris, The George V Hotel that developers Helen and Jacob Shaham visited. It is their desire to create a similar landmark within the city of Coral Gables making it the best community possible for senior living.
Emcee Tim Sullivan commented that judges recognized the unique architecture and planning with the attention of details of the Parisian hotel in selecting community.
The Palace at Coral Gables was pitted against communities from across the country including silver winners in Arizona and California.
The community also received “Silver” in the On-the-Boards Community of the Year.
The community’s Welcome Center is located at 16 Miracle Mile in Coral Gables and offers prospective residents an opportunity to preview residences and community plans.
