The Palace Group, South Florida’s largest privately owned and operated senior living company, has been named as a Global recipient of the 2025 Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award (GEWA) for its outstanding commitment to employee engagement.

The prestigious award recognizes the most engaged workplace cultures in the world, and this marks the eighth year in a row The Palace has received the honor.

The Palace Group joins an elite group of companies worldwide recognized for fostering a workplace where employees feel valued, heard and empowered to perform at their best. Of Gallup’s 600 global clients, only a select number of organizations receive this honor annually.

“Being named a Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award winner is a testament to our unwavering commitment to creating an environment where employees thrive,” said Haim Dubitzky, executive director for The Palace Suites, the company’s independent living community in Kendall. “At The Palace, our team is at the heart of everything we do. Their dedication to our residents, creativity, and passion drives our success and set us apart in the senior living industry.”

Despite the challenges of an evolving workplace, Gallup found that The Palace Group continues to engage and develop its employees in innovative ways, setting new benchmarks for workplace excellence. The company’s “Manager of Year” program, for example, is the company’s prestigious award celebrating excellence in a variety of areas such as resident and family satisfaction, personal development and improvement, spirit of volunteerism and professionalism.

“Congratulations to this year’s Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award winners for setting the standard for a thriving workplace,” said Jon Clifton, Gallup’s CEO. “Your commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued, heard and empowered to do their best work is truly remarkable. By prioritizing both people and performance, you are shaping the future of work and proving that exceptional workplaces drive real results.”

The Palace Group’s dedication to employee training, professional development and a culture of recognition has contributed to its success in employee engagement and workplace excellence. Extensive incentive and benefit packages that exceed industry standards, mentorship and continued education with tuition reimbursement are among the many benefits offered to Palace team members. Currently, The Palace has over 1,600 employees across its communities, from Homestead to Weston.

The Palace communities offer a continuum of care and include independent and assisted living, memory care, nursing and rehabilitation, home health and pharmacy services. For more information, call 305-271-2220 or visit http://www.thepalace.org.
