U.S. Century Bank appointed Karen Pascual Vice President, Market Manager of its Coral Gables branch and Patrick Ahern Vice President, Market Manager of its Brickell branch.
Pascual will oversee all personal and business banking efforts in the Coral Gables market. She is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch as well as continuing to increase deposits, the lending portfolio and expand the bank’s customer base in the area. A seasoned banking professional, she has more than 23-years-experience in banking. She was previously with City National Bank where she served as Vice President and Branch Manager of the Coral Gables office. Pascual began her banking career at Southeast Bank in 1990 where she advanced her career through the mergers of First Union Bank, Wachovia Bank and Wells Fargo Bank. She is a member of the Board of Directors of The Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
Ahern is a dedicated business and banking professional with more than 17-years-experience. As Market Manager for the Brickell area, he will manage branch operations and further grow U.S. Century Bank’s consumer and business customer base in the Brickell area. He is also responsible for customer retention and increasing the bank’s loan portfolio. Prior to joining the community bank, he served at Vice President, Branch Manager for City National Bank in the Downtown area. He began his banking career at Wachovia in 2006. Ahern is Educational Coordinator for BNI and actively participates in the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce as well as the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce. He is also a supporter of the March of Dimes and United Way.
