As the Miami “fall” season approaches, it’s time to grab a stein and put on your lederhosen with the return of Wynwood’s Octoberfest presented by Samuel Adams on Sept. 9-12.
Returning for its 11th year, Wynwood’s Octoberfest will transform the Wynwood Marketplace, 2250 NW Second Ave., into a traditional Bavarian bierhaus, transporting festival goers to Munich in the heart of Miami.
Festival goers will enjoy live music, deejay sets, seasonal brews from Samuel Adams, bratwurst, boots, an artisan market, stein competitions, and more. Wynwood’s Octoberfest will feature Instagrammable moments with pumpkin-themed everything and a grand photo booth, as well as dog-friendly activities for pups.
The four-day event is open free to the public. Those who want to go all out for the festivities can purchase Festive Party Packs which include Octoberfest essentials such as an authentic stein mug, beer tickets, and Sam Adams merchandise.
The full schedule of activities will be released in the coming weeks. For more information, visit www.wynwoodoctoberfest.com/.
Octoberfest hours are Thursday and Friday, 4 p.m. to 3 a.m.; Saturday and Sunday, noon to 3 a.m.
