Christopher Zoller

Christopher Zoller has earned a reputation as a real estate professional who cares about the community and has a history of giving back.

Born in Mount Vernon, NY, and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut, Christopher graduated from the University of Bridgeport (CT) and completed some post grad sturdy at Yale.

Chris became involved in volunteer work serving on the Fairfield Board of Realtors. Then, as a member of the Fairfield Rotary Club, he was an ambassador to Bangalore, India and worked on a variety of charitable campaigns.

Moving to the St. Thomas, USVI (1983-87) Chris worked as a real estate manager and developer. With his amazing voice and good looks, he rocked at hosting a television show and running a dinner theater. Falling in love and getting married to his wife of 28 years, Lee Galt, he moved to Coral Gables and has since become an integral part of the local community.

A longtime member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce, first with Stadler Realty in 1974 and then, since 1990, with EWM Realty International, he quickly rose to responsible positions becoming chair of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Board, 2000-01. His Chamber connections resulted in participation in nonprofit work with United Way and the American Red Cross. Also, as a member of the Rotary Club of Coral Gables, his community work included numerous outreach projects such as Habitat for Humanity.

His many other volunteer activities have included being a business community representative for the Coral Gables High School EESAC; serving on the Coral Gables Property, Budget & Finance, and Transportation boards as well as having served as a member of the Professional Standards Committee of the Coral Gables Board of Realtors.

He is a past president of the Miami Association of Realtors Residential Board of Governors, a trustee of the Coral Gables Chamber, the 2017 chair of the board of the Miami Association of Realtors, and serves as a director for the Florida Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He also is a member of the Coral Gables Code Enforcement Board.

Chris lends his support financially to numerous charities including Parkinson Foundation, Bouniconti Fund to Cure Paralysis, Camillus House, Educate Tomorrow, Miami Children’s Museum, and Autism Speaks.

If you are a wine connoisseur, you will find Chris an expert in that area as a man who enjoys the study and collecting of wines. When he is not working or volunteering, he enjoys cooking, and gardening. Over the years has enjoyed time at Camillus House where he has cooked and served many charity dinners.
