Century Homebuilders Group was nominated in the 2017 “Residential Developer of the Year” category by the Latin Builders Association (LBA). Developer Sergio Pino, founder of Century Homebuilders Group, was recognized at the 37th annual Latin Builders Awards Celebration on Friday, Sept. 29.
Ileana Rios, Member Services manager of the LBA, stated that many individuals were considered for this honor but Pino’s leadership and determination distinguished itself as being worthy of this award by colleagues and peers in the LBA.
Century Homebuilders Group has sold more than 100 homes or condominiums from eight of their active communities year to date and will have eight more communities coming soon. In Century’s new sales office at 1805 Ponce de Leon Blvd. in Coral Gables, all of the Century communities are displayed providing choices to buyers wanting to live in various locations in Miami.
“At Century, we pride ourselves with offering different homes in different locations so that clients can choose the right home, at the right location and at prices that are affordable for them,” Pino said.
Last year Pino was recognized for his Century Park Place project where he received two prestigious “Best of” awards from the Builders Association of South Florida — one for Best Overall Community-Platinum and another for the Ambrosia Model-Platinum.
