Derek Barakat a Weblos scout from Coral Gables Cub Scout Pack 7 delivered this is 10 foot Christmas tree to Wayne Eldred the owner of Tarpon Bend and chair elect of Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce.
Each year Coral Gables Cub Scout Pack 7 raises funds by selling Christmas trees. The troop originally founded by George Merrick in 1922. Since then over 3000 young men have participated in the program.
