A ribbon-cutting ceremony opened the event with Francesca Valdes from the City of Coral Gables, who presented the official city seal, Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce Chair Martha de la Peña Rojas, who honored the development team with an official proclamation, and city commissioners.

An aquatic performance featuring a graceful dancer in a floating iridescent sphere, synchronized to a musical repertoire, caught attention as the water was illuminated in the 48-foot-long pool. Specialty craft-cocktails, like “Rosé All Day” and “Cucumber Collins” were presented with gourmet hors d’oeuvres, such as petit filet mignon, wahoo avocado tartare and a selection of savory ceviche.
