SBA District Office relocates to Claude Pepper Federal Building

After 20 years of being located along the waterline of Biscayne Bay and Bayfront Park, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) South Florida District Office will be joining its federal colleagues in a redesigned office space located at 51 SW First Ave., Suite 201, in the Claude Pepper Federal Building in Downtown Miami.

“In an effort to consolidate federal resources and to reduce on-going leasing costs, we are pleased to be moving into federally owned space,” said Lynn Douthett, interim district director for the South Florida District Office. “At SBA, small business is our business. We look forward to having an Open House to welcome entrepreneurs and small business owners to tour our new space and hear how we can support their growth and expansion.”

The office move took place Friday, June 29, reopening on Monday, July 2, at the new location. For information call 305-536-5521.
