16-Acre Legacy Park Project Update

Cutler Bay’s town manager is excited to announce in this video update that the Legacy Park Municipal Complex project is moving forward as planned. After receiving nine proposals from qualified firms, the selection committee has identified the top three firms.

On March 15th, these three firms presented their proposals and ideas for the Municipal complex during our Town Council Workshop. A video recording of the meeting is available here for those unable to attend.

During the Town Council Meeting on March 22nd, the Town Council will make the final decision on a firm. Residents are encouraged to attend, ask questions, and provide feedback to create a Municipal complex that reflects the community’s needs and values.
