16th annual Cutler Bay Open Charity Golf date announced
The tournament will take place Sept. 14 at the Redland Golf & Country Club in Homestead.

The 16th annual Cutler Bay Open Charity Golf Tournament will take place on Saturday, Sept. 14, at the Redland Golf & Country Club in Homestead. The tournament benefits the Cutler Bay Community Fund, which “strives to enhance residents’ lives through various philanthropic programs and services.”

Registration is limited to the first 100 golfers to submit payment, so registering early is highly recommended. Openings in the popular event usually fill quickly.

For a tournament fee of $75 per person, participants will enjoy an 18-hole four-person scramble, breakfast, range balls, on-course beverages and a post-tournament luncheon with an awards ceremony. There also will be a raffle and Mercedes Benz of Cutler Bay will sponsor a hole-in-one contest with a prize for the winner.

The day’s schedule is:
● Registration at 7:15 a.m.
● A shotgun start at 8 a.m.
● A luncheon and awards ceremony at noon.

This event is sponsored by HCA Florida Kendall Hospital, and El Dorado Furniture.

Redland Golf and Country Club is located at 24451 SW 177 Ave. in Homestead.
