ANF, a full-service construction and development firm, is continuing its partnership with McDowell Housing Partners on Southpointe Vista Phase II, a 208-unit affordable housing development in Goulds. This next phase builds on the success of Phase I, which was recently completed earlier this year.
Southpointe Vista Phase II will introduce an additional 208 units within a 12-story building, further advancing the effort to bring high-quality affordable housing to households earning between 30–70 percent of the Area Median Income. A new pedestrian paseo will seamlessly connect both phases and their respective parking garages, fostering a unified, community-centered environment.
“We are proud to continue building upon this transformative, multi-phase community in Miami-Dade County,” said Al Fernandez, CEO of ANF. “Projects like Southpointe Vista reflect our long-standing commitment to creating housing solutions that uplift communities.”
The community will feature thoughtfully designed one- and two-bedroom apartments with modern finishes including granite countertops, tile backsplashes, upgraded LVP flooring, walk-in closets, and in-unit washer/dryers. Shared amenities will include a fitness center, game room, media center, cybercafé, and a bocce ball court adjacent to Phase I.
Completion of Phase II is expected in the third quarter of 2026.
