Anthony Askowitz, broker/ owner of RE/MAX Advance Realty (RMA), has been presented with the RE/MAX “Circle of Legends” award, honoring highly successful agents who have earned more than $10 million in commissions and completed 10 years of service with the company.
The award, created in 2001, has been achieved by less than half of one percent of all sales associates in the RE/MAX network.
This is the second major honor for Askowitz in the past two months, as the Miami native also was ranked in the prestigious REAL Trends/ Wall Street Journal “The Thousand” listing of the top real estate agents and teams in the nation.
Askowitz consistently sells more than 150 homes a year and also maintains his membership in RE/MAX’s “Diamond Club,” a group of agents whose annual commissions total more than $1 million. He also is a member of the Master Brokers Forum, an elite local network of top producers.
As broker/owner of RE/MAX Advance Realty, Askowitz trains, coaches and advises more than 140 real estate agents in the company’s Kendall and South Miami offices. Under his leadership, his agents consistently outsell their competitors from larger Miami offices, often by wide margins. His success has generated frequent speaking invitations to RE/MAX network events around the nation, where Askowitz shares his knowledge and techniques.
