Baptist Health Primary Care has opened a new office within East Ridge at Cutler Bay, the life plan community, located at 19225 SW 87 Ave.
This new location and services are open to all Cutler Bay residents as well as East Ridge residents and located within the new Three Palms Health Center.
Residents living in the Town of Cutler Bay are able to make appointments with primary care physician Rozan Razzouk, MD, for all their healthcare needs.
Each Baptist Health Primary Care office is focused on the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of a wide range of health issues, including chronic disease management for diabetes, heart disease and hypertension; simple and complex health matters; minor emergencies; geriatric care; weight loss; health-risk assessments, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Baptist Health Primary Care makes healthcare convenient with extended hours, minimal wait times and same-day or next-day appointments with an available physician or advanced practitioner. Patients also can renew prescriptions, get test results and communicate with their care team online. An on-site lab, dietitian and licensed clinical social worker are available as well and geared to taking care of all primary care services in one visit.
“We are very excited with our recent partnership with East Ridge and bringing another location of exceptional primary care to the Cutler Bay community,” said Bernie Fernandez Jr., MD, CEO of Baptist Health Medical Group.

“It is a wonderful addition to East Ridge to have the medical services of Baptist Health available to our residents living at East Ridge and our employees as well as people living in the Cutler Bay area,” said Jeff Merritt, executive director of East Ridge. “With the growing demands of people seeking wellness care and preventative medicine as well as those needing same day services, having easy access is critical. Baptist Health is answering a tremendous need by making health care services more quickly accessible.”
