Encompass Health will host an Alzheimer’s support group beginning on Tuesday, June 4. The group will meet every first Tuesday of the month from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Helen Figueredo, CDP of Providence Healthcare Services, through a collaborative volunteer program with the Alzheimer’s Association, will be the group facilitator. This is a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where caregivers will have a light lunch and share their experience and knowledge of caring for a loved one with the disease. If you are a caregiver of someone with Alzheimer’s or a related disease, this support group is for you.
