Moss Cultural Arts Center presents Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami’s Fall Performance

Experience the power, emotion, and artistry of Miami’s leading contemporary ballet company as it debuts daring new works and a world premiere.

The Dennis C. Moss Cultural Arts Center proudly presents Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami’s Fall Performance, an exhilarating evening of contemporary ballet kicking off the company’s 2025-2026 season. The performance will take place on Saturday, November 8, 2025, at 8 p.m. Tickets are available here.

Known for its innovative choreography and dynamic repertoire, Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami will showcase a groundbreaking program blending emotional depth and bold, modern artistry. The evening includes a new ballet, “Quartet(s),” by Artist in Residence Yanis Eric Pikieris, featuring music by Michael Nyman, and the highly anticipated world premiere of “Valley of Shadows” by Selah Jane Oliver, featuring a mix of classical sounds by Chopin and contemporary music by Ezio Bosso. Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami previewed Oliver’s hauntingly powerful work during their 2025 Salon Series, captivating the audience with raw emotion and striking choreography. The program will also include the world premiere of “Loose Ends,” created by Yanis Pikieris, Sr., featuring the music of Paganini.

Under the leadership of Artistic Directors Jennifer Kronenberg and Carlos Guerra, both former principal dancers with Miami City Ballet, Dimensions Dance Theatre continues to redefine ballet for a new generation while honoring its classical roots. The company’s ongoing partnership with the Moss Center reflects a shared commitment to making world-class dance accessible to the South Florida community through professional performances, youth education programs, and community engagement initiatives.

Prior to the fall show, on Monday, November 3, 2025, Dimensions Dance Theatre of Miami will present an opportunity for adults to take part in the Beginner Adult Ballet With Dimensions Dance class with no experience necessary. Co-Founding Artistic Director Carlos Guerra will lead the fun and educational beginner adult ballet class, which introduces the fundamentals of classical ballet. Components of the class include a focus on posture and alignment, mobility, and the coordination of choreographed movement to music. This participatory dance class is free but requires a ticket, available here.

Dimensions Dance Theatre’s Fall Performance is recommended for all ages. Ticket prices range from $25 to $45, and free parking is included. Tickets may be purchased by visiting MossCenter.org, through the Moss Center Box Office in person, or by calling (786) 573-5300.
