Old Cutler Town Center celebrated Halloween with a safe and fun-filled trick-or-treat event for Cutler Bay’s little ghosts and goblins on Saturday, Oct. 26 Tenants with the neighborhood shopping hub handed out candy to the kids, who participated in a scavenger hunt and costume contest. A panel of judges later voted for their favorite costumes.
