The Village of Palmetto Bay will host a different sort of crafting event for seniors on Tuesday, Feb. 25, at Perrine Community House. An Active Adult community event for seniors 55 and older, the project will help residents create a one-of-a-kind terrarium, a mini succulent garden that they can take home with them.
The event is sponsored by Encompass Health, and all materials needed will be furnished.
“Guided by instructors you will be using soil, rocks, moss, succulents, tiny gardening tools and decorative elements to craft a one-of-a-kind mini garden that’s all your own.”
There is a $5 registration fee. To register, go to: https://form.123formbuilder.com/6791955/senior-arts-crafts-terrarium.
