The Town of Cutler Bay, near the end of last year, had a special map produced for residents, the inaugural edition of the annual “Your Free Town Guide.”
Town manager Rafael Casals said he is pleased with the success of the map project.
“We are very excited with the development of our town map,” Casals said. “The map was mailed to all of our property owners and provides our local businesses an opportunity to advertise their establishments. Additionally, the map provides our residents with helpful information such as council email addresses, parks information, a summary of special events and public school information. We are constantly replenishing our inventory, due to the high demand for the maps.”
The full-color, four- by nine-inch (folded) high quality guide includes both a comprehensive list of the town’s annual activities plus a detailed map highlighting the town’s many amenities: schools, fire, police, important phone numbers, town officials and other information, according to Marshall Steingold of Miami Maps.
“Now, residents have a beautiful, professional keepsake of their town,” Steingold said. “This provides easy access for important phone numbers to the town’s clerk, property appraiser, mosquito control, solid waste and much more.”
Cutler Bay’s edition of “Your Free Town Guide” has been direct-mailed to all 45,000 residents in the Town of Cutler Bay. The guide also is available at local stores, restaurants, Town Hall, Southland Mall, HealthSouth, Mercedes-Benz of Cutler Bay, El Dorado furniture, South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center and other outlets. In all, 75,000 copies have been printed and are being distributed throughout the year.
The Guide also is available on the town’s website: cutlerbay-fl.gov/your-community/town-map and on MiamiMaps.com.
