NAI Miami, a member of the world’s premier managed network of commercial real estate firms, recently announced the team of Jeremy Larkin and Jospeh Gallaher had negotiated a 2,485-square-foot, 10-year lease at The Shoppes of Old Cutler, located at 20210-20236 Old Cutler Rd. in Cutler Bay.
The lease is valued at over $800,000. The landlord is New Cutler Bay Shoppes LLC and the new tenant is Party Cake Bakery X Inc.
The Shoppes of Old Cutler was developed originally by NAI Miami for Old Cutler LLC in 2005, sold by the Larkin/Gallaher team in 2012 for $3.5 million to Lider Net Mall LLC and again in 2017 to New Cutler Bay Shoppes LLC for $4.85 million. Since developing the shopping center, NAI Miami leased and managed the nearly 15,000-square-foot retail strip center maintaining its occupancy levels close to 100 percent since it opened for business.
