Dania Pointe, a 102-acre premier South Florida lifestyle center owned by Kimco Realty® (NYSE: KIM), is excited to announce the grand openings of two highly anticipated tenants: H&M and Sirocco Mediterranean. These new additions further enhance Dania Pointe’s reputation as a go-to destination for top brands and unique dining experiences.
H&M officially opened its doors on Nov. 27, bringing its fashion-forward collections and affordable trends to the local community. This opening marks an important milestone in Dania Pointe’s continued growth and its ability to attract international brands that align with the center’s vibrant, dynamic atmosphere. H&M spans nearly 18,000 square feet.
Meanwhile, Sirocco Mediterranean, a family-owned restaurant offering fresh, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, opened on Dec. 26. Known for its authentic flavors and commitment to quality ingredients, Sirocco brings a new dining experience to the area, adding to Dania Pointe’s diverse mix of culinary offerings. Sirocco occupies over 5,500 square feet.
“We are excited to welcome H&M and Sirocco Mediterranean to Dania Pointe,” said Dani Cohn, Vice President of Lifestyle Leasing at Kimco Realty. “Dania Pointe offers a truly distinctive experience, where premium shopping, exceptional dining, and world-class entertainment come together in one dynamic destination. These brands are choosing to be here because we provide a space that blends luxury, community, and convenience like no other in South Florida. With even more exciting openings planned for 2025, we’re proud to offer a truly immersive experience that sets us apart and makes Dania Pointe the place to be for both locals and visitors alike.”
Katie Wycoff, Director of Real Estate at Kimco Realty, is playing an instrumental role in the leasing and marketing efforts for Dania Pointe and Kimco’s other Florida lifestyle centers by leveraging her expertise to bring top-tier brands and experiences to the company’s properties. “Our goal is to create spaces that resonate with both the community and the brands we work with,” said Wycoff. “We’re proud to attract tenants like H&M and Sirocco Mediterranean, and we are excited about what the future holds as we continue to expand and enhance the shopping and dining experience for all our visitors.”
H&M and Sirocco join Dania Pointe’s diverse tenant lineup, which includes numerous dining experiences like Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants, Rodizio Grill Brazilian Steakhouse, and more—along with an abundance of sought-after brand names like Anthropologie, Sephora, American Eagle, J.Crew and Nike.
