Avison Young recently facilitated the acquisition of the 57,500-square-foot, three-story office building situated on 2.79 acres at 3155 NW 77th Avenue in Doral – the new home of Windhaven Insurance.
Avison Young Principal John K. Crotty and Vice President David F. Spillers both secured the property for the Florida- and Texas-based auto insurance carrier to consolidate its current two offices in Miami into one expanded headquarters location.

In addition to spearheading the purchase, Avison Young has been retained by Windhaven to help oversee project management during the buildout and retrofitting process of the company’s new Miami headquarters. Chip Faulkenberry, Vice President with Avison Young, will lead the project management services.
