Charles H. (Chuck) Baumberger, co-founding partner of the Miami civil trial law firm, Rossman, Baumberger, Reboso & Spier, P.A., took office Jan. 1 as national president of theAmerican Board of Trial Advocates.
One of the nation’s most prestigious legal organizations, ABOTA’s membership of 7,000 is divided evenly among plaintiffs’ and defense bars, dedicated to the preservation of the right of trial by jury as guaranteed by the Seventh Amendment and the independence of the judiciary.
Baumberger was most recently first vice president and president-elect of ABOTA and served in 2011-2012 as president of the American Board of Trial Advocates Foundation. Board. A resident of Pinecrest, he is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers and the International Society of Barristers.
