Members and guests of the Doral Hotel Association are set to “check in” to the New Year — by attending the DHA “Pow Wow,” Jan. 10, 9 – 11 a.m., at Hilton Garden Inn Miami Dolphin Mall, 1695 NW 11th Ave., Miami FL, 33172.
The DHA kicks off its 2019 monthly meeting series by featuring two prominent figures in the community: Juan Carlos “JC” Bermudez, the founding and current Mayor of the City of Doral; and William D. Talbert, III, President & CEO of the Greater Miami Convention & Visitors Bureau (GMCVB) for the past 18 years.
DHA strives to promote the interests of its members through advocacy, education, and partnerships – and to advance the City of Doral area as the visitor’s destination of choice for business, and pleasure.
Attendees at the Jan. 10 function will attend a continental breakfast while checking out the future of the hotel industry in Doral. DHA takes care of the issues that matter, including:

- Police Visibility
- Destination Marketing and Industry Growth
- Hotel Capacity
- Industry Laws and Regulations
- Budget Increases
