A new dynamic dining and entertainment concept to hit Doral, Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen, is now open at CityPlace. Marking the brand’s first location in Miami, Copper Blues offers elevated, farm-fresh pub fare and craft cocktails with an emphasis on live musical performances – a welcome addition to the Doral’s fast-growing lifestyle scene.

Originating from Phoenix, Ariz., Copper Blues debuted its first location in 2008 and has since established locations in California and nearby in West Palm Beach. Emphasizing the concept’s “rock pub and kitchen” branding, their venue in South Florida marks the group’s fifth opening with a custom-built rustic-meets-industrial 6,000-square-foot space reminiscent of a reimagined warehouse boasting commissioned art elements and decorative music-related pieces.

Upon arrival, guests are immediately greeted by the “Garden Bar” outdoor patio space accentuated by steel roll-up garage doors, green foliage, and ambiance lighting with seating areas including relaxing lounge spaces.

Once inside, guests can discover the “Rock Pub” portion of the restaurant, which encompasses two semi-circular copper bars on either side of the venue lined with steel barstools and highlighted by South Florida’s premiere craft beers and drinks on tap. Featuring exposed brick and printed tile accents, the space also incorporates classic video and board games, plus an elevated stage for live entertainment.

“We’re excited to debut our newest venue in the City of Doral, bringing a refreshing dining and live entertainment experience to the area,” shares Copper Blues partner Robbie Day. “This location is our most unique yet and serves as a lifestyle destination for locals and visitors alike.”

Entrees take center stage through items like the Doral Burger including queso frito, shoe string potatoes, corn aioli, and smoked onion; plus, Torta de Pollo with crispy chicken, queso blanco, avocado, and chipotle crema.
