Fiesta with Miami International Mall and experience the vibrant and unique cultures of Central America, South America, and the Caribbean right here, around the corner at the 13th Annual Miami International Mall Hispanic Heritage Celebration. The event takes place Oct. 21 from 1 to 6 p.m.
“This dynamic celebration of Hispanic heritage is packed with fun and entertainment and we are proud to host it once again at Miami International Mall,” said Sara Valega, Area Director of Marketing, Miami International Mall.
“We welcome the community and visitors to enjoy delicious food and drinks, cultural performances, live music, fashion, and country exhibits in a salute to National Hispanic Heritage Month,” she added.
The Hispanic Heritage Celebration is free and open to the public, and will include the following activities:
• Country Exhibits, 1 – 6 p.m. – Center Court
• Cultural Performances, 1 – 5 p.m. – Macy’s Women’s Court
• Performance by Mix 5, 5:15 p.m. – Macy’s Women’s Court
• Cantores de Fonseca, 2 – 5 p.m. – Food Court seating area
• Cuero Trancao, 2- 5 p.m. – Pink seating area
• Food Tasting, 2 – 4 p.m. – Sears Court
Guests interested in tasting the delicious bites and beverages throughout the mall are encouraged to purchase a $5 ticket, which will grant unlimited samplings. Specialty cocktails will be provided by Barcelo Rum. All proceeds from the purchased tickets will support the Simon Youth Foundation (SYF).
