The 2024 Sierra 2500 Heavy Duty (HD) Denali Ultimate looks fantastic on the inside and outside.

Let’s start with the interiors: The $92,000 Sierra 2500 HD Denali Ultimate offers the exclusive Alpine Umber interior with supreme finishes including soft, yet durable full-grain leather with plaited stitching, wrapping one of the top 16-way power front massaging seats, door panels and center console lid. Authentic, open-pore Paldao wood, with unique graining, adds a distinctive color blend and tailored attention to detail.

The craftsmanship of the Alpine Umber interior is unmatched, with several small details including Denali Ultimate badging on the front seatbacks and stainless-steel speaker grilles.

The interior also pays homage to the inspiration for the name of the truck – a topographical map of Mt. Denali laser-etched and embossed throughout the interior. The 2024 Sierra HD Denali Ultimate also offers an elevated audio experience with a 12-speaker Boss Premium series with CenterPoint surround sound with AudioPilot and Richbass subwoofer.

The Sierra HD is also taking tech to the next level with available massive digital screens including an all-new 12.3-inch diagonal digital driver information center, a largest-in-class 13.4-inch diagonal infotainment center and an available 15-inch diagonal multi color head-up display. Together, these high-tech displays offer exceptional customization and an enhanced experience for the driver.

The 2024 Sierra HD is equipped with up to 14 available camera views including an enhanced transparent trailer view, allowing the driver to virtually “see through” the trailer using mounted cameras on the rear of the truck and trailer piecing together a view of what’s behind the truck as if the trailer were invisible. Drivers can take advantage of this enhanced feature for the 2024 model when pulling large campers or trailers, expanding the existing transparent trailer technology and enabling compatibility with fifth-wheel and gooseneck trailers.

The entire 2024 Sierra HD lineup offers a bold and seasoned look you’d expect from a heavy-duty truck with elevated finishes inside and eye-catching design updates on the outside. The Denali Ultimate’s exterior boasts redesigned front bumper, fascias and new grilles on each trim, along with standard LED animated lighting when approaching and starting the vehicle and using the turn signals.

The exterior of the truck is appointed with a redesigned Denali signature grille, finished with Vader chrome, Vader chrome GMC badging and unique Denali Ultimate fender badging. The heavy-duty truck also has new LED projector headlamps and signature animated lighting sequences, power-retractable assist steps with LED perimeter lighting and high-end 20-inch ultra-bright machined aluminum wheels with high gloss back accents.

In addition, the world’s first six-function MultiPro tailgate is equipped with a Kicker audio system.

The Sierra 2500 comes with a 401-hp 6.6-liter V-8 with a 10-speed automatic that delivers an average of 13.6 miles per gallon.

I enjoyed driving the 2024 GMC Sierra 2500 HD Denali Ultimate. It is a great performer and feels good to drive.
