American International Real Estate Services (A.I.R.E.S.), along with The Money Store, a fully licensed lender; the Cespedes Law Firm; and Continental Title, have opened offices in Doral. A joint grand opening was held on April 4th with live music, great buffet, passed hors d’oeuvres, open bar and lots of excited guests. Doral Mayor Luigi Boria was on hand to assist with a presentation and to help with the ribbon cutting ceremony after some words of welcome from Fernando Bastidas, AIRES Realty CEO, and Jeff Moore, Regional Vice President of The Money Store.
Aside from celebrating the day with friends and family, the affair attracted dozens of real estate agents interested in AIRES Realty’s 110% commission. As added incentive, The Money Store, a 40 year old institution catering to real estate professionals, gave realtors/ sales associate (s) two $500 gift cards for The Money Store which they, in turn, may give to clients. The Money Store, that has developed a mobile real estate application, shared the app with realtors that night at no charge (a $900 gift in itself).
