BLU Products, one of the world’s largest manufacturers and distributors of android unlocked phones, opened its first retail establishment in the U.S., Aug. 5 at International Mall in Doral.
Grand opening festivities included a ribbon cutting ceremony with BLU Products Co-Founder Daniel Ohev-Zion, live music, refreshments, and hors d’oeuvres by Oggi Italian restaurant, plus prize giveaways and raffles.
Formed in 2010, BLU Products produces quality android unlocked phones that have been compared to Samsung but at an affordable price without sacrificing a fashionable design and quality.
“Like no other company, BLU has a large portfolio,” says Ohev-Zion. “All of BLU’s devices are unlocked, which gives customers the freedom to choose the carrier they wish to use to activate their line with no contract.” Additionally, all devices are Dual SIM which allows the customer to have two phones in one in order to set apart personal calls from business calls.

BLU Products had previously been sold wholesale through distributors and offered through retailers and online stores. This first retail store is the beginning of a dedicated project to expand with more stores in the near future.
