The 2022 Community Based Organization Grant cycle is now open and accepting applications until March 11, 2022, at 3:30pm. Applications must be submitted to Manuel.Pila@cityofdoral.com. This is a reimbursement fund that seeks to provide beneficiaries with opportunities to plan, develop and implement sustainable projects that will serve the needs of the Doral community.
“We started this program back in 2009 as a way to help organizations create meaningful programs and activities that directly impact the residents in a positive way”, said Mayor Juan Carlos Bermudez. “Over the years, these grants have assisted great organizations such as Miami Youth Orchestra, Bridge for Hope Inc., and Girl Scouts of USA, all of which address important needs in our community.”
All organizations seeking funding must have a 501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6) status and meet all eligibility criteria. Maximum amount of request is limited to $5,000 per non-for-profit organization, per fiscal year.

The Grant Categories are:
⦁ Community Development
⦁ Education
⦁ Health/Human Services
⦁ Arts and Culture
