Spring is in bloom at CityPlace Doral! This spring, CityPlace Doral will blossom with 16 oversized four-foot and six-foot illuminated flowers as part of the Oasis experience. The lively and festive flowers display vibrant colors during the day and illuminate during the night. An Easter vignette adorned with oversized eggs and flowers, a Topiary bunny and a bench over a turf with a white fence will be on display in the Fountain Plaza, allowing visitors the opportunity to snap selfies and capture memories throughout the Center. The Spring flower display and Easter vignette will debut on Monday, March 24, and will be on view through Monday, April 21.
The Oasis experience at CityPlace Doral’s Fountain Plaza features a relaxing, open-air atmosphere for friends and family to enjoy grab-and-go bites from CityPlace Doral’s restaurants and enjoy South Florida’s weather. The Oasis incorporates Adirondack chairs, tables, umbrellas and oversized games such as Chess, Cornhole, Connect Four and more.
To celebrate the season, CityPlace Doral will host a series of events. Featured events include:
Super Toddler Time | Tuesday, March 4, 10 a.m.–12 p.m.
Marina Kids at CityPlace Doral will host Super Toddler Time, featuring a mommy and me dance class by Baila Conmigo Kids, open play and giveaways.
Cost: $10 – Registration is required. Guests can register by messaging @marinakidspark on Instagram.
Paws in the City | Friday, March 21, 6:30–8:30 p.m.
CityPlace Doral will host Paws in the City, a free guided stroll for pets around CityPlace Doral inclusive of a pet vendor market.
Self-Care Saturday | Saturday, March 29, 11 a.m.–1 p.m.
As part of the Oasis experience, CityPlace Doral has partnered with Semper Laser and Making It Miami for a monthly Self-Care Saturday fitness event at the Fountain Plaza. Participants will enjoy various workouts to the sounds of a live DJ with Anatomy – Miami’s premier health and wellness brand – or BÜNDA – the first gym to incorporate the StairMaster® in group fitness. The series will kick off on Saturday, March 29, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Proceeds from the March 29 event will benefit Jackson Health Foundation, the fundraising arm of Jackson Health System, Miami-Dade County’s public health system with seven hospitals, a network of UHealth Jackson Urgent Care centers, and multiple primary and specialty care centers. The Jackson Health Foundation team will be on-site.
Blooms and Bunnies | Saturday, April 12, 2–5 p.m.
The community is invited to hop on over to CityPlace Doral for its Blooms and Bunnies Easter event onSaturday, April 12, from 2 to 5 p.m. The free event will provide an opportunity for the whole family to enjoy a day of egg-cellent activities at the Fountain Plaza, including an egg scavenger hunt at participating retailers, an all-bunny petting zoo, live music, a game zone, arts and crafts, face painting, free digital photos with the Easter Bunny and a live floral display for photos.
- 2 to 5 p.m.: Live music, games and activities.
- 2 to 4 p.m.: Egg scavenger hunt with participating tenants, while supplies last. Guests are encouraged to bring their own Easter basket and must register at the registration table to receive the map of participating tenants.
- 4 to 5 p.m.: Photos with the Easter Bunny.
