The Doral City Council ratified Mayor Luigi Boria’s nomination and voted to retain the law firm of Weiss Serota Helfman Pastroriza Cole & Boniske, P.L., “as the new City Attorney” March 19.
Of the municipal law firm that has provided South Florida municipalities with quality legal representation for more than 20 years, Mayor Boria commented: The City of Doral continues to grow and thrive. I knew that our next City Attorney would have to have certain vital qualities in order to be successful and continue to propel our City forward.
“I made the decision to go with the firm that I believe possesses the skills and responsiveness that the Council and I have been seeking, so that we can properly work in the best interest of the City.”
Attys. Gilberto Pastoriza and Daniel A. Espino will lead representation for the firm, advising the Mayor and City Council, as well as city administrators.
