The City of Doral will be cutting a ribbon on April 25, 2024, to officially launch a new partnership with Freebee to bring an innovative pilot program to the City that provides on-demand, door-to-door transportation to senior citizen of ages 65 and up. The free service is now available, Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., and Fridays, 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. Pick-up or drop-off available within Doral city limits to or from these points of interest:

- City of Doral Police Station
- Publix – Doral Commons
- Aldi
- Morgan Levy Park
- Winn-Dixie
- CVS
- Doral Central Park
- Sam’s Club

- Walgreens
- Lady of Guadalupe Church
- UHealth Jackson Urgent Care
- Doral Glades Park

- Trails & Tails Park

Rides can be requested by contacting Freebee’s dispatch line at (855) 918-3733 and providing your pick-up and drop-off location. Additionally, rides can be requested via the Ride Freebee mobile app.
To register for the program, residents (ages 65+) must call the Freebee dispatch line to create a profile, providing their name, date of birth, email address, and phone number. The Freebee dispatch team will communicate to the passengers that they will need to provide a valid ID upon pick up on their first ride request. Once verified, the riders will no longer need to show their ID moving forward.
