On Friday, June 18, 2021, at 1:00 p.m., City of Doral Mayor Juan Carlos Bermudez will participate in a press conference regarding the democracy crisis in Nicaragua in the wake of arrests by President Daniel Ortega’s administration of political opponents. Florida State Senator Ana Maria Rodriguez and key community group leaders will be in participation following a closed meeting with Mayor Bermudez regarding the matter.
