FRATERNITY MEN CYCLING TO GIVE HOPE TO PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES

image001On May 10, the Gear Up Florida team will begin their journey through 13 Florida cities and average 75 miles a day cycling for people with disabilities. The team will enhance the lives of over 1,300 individuals with disabilities through grant funding and community events. The cyclists and support crew will depart from Florida International University the morning of Sunday, May 10 at 6:45 a.m.

What: Gear Up Florida, organized by The Ability Experience, is a cycling trek that raises funds and awareness on behalf of people with disabilities. Every cyclist commits to raising at least $2,500 on behalf of people with disabilities. Combine their individual efforts with corporate sponsorships, and the 2015 Gear Up Florida team will raise more than $75,000 for people with disabilities.
