Sorangel Gonzalez is a case manager at Palmetto General Hospital. She joined the Palmetto team in 2007. Sorangel is a patient advocate that coordinates with insurance companies to assist the patients so they can be transferred to the proper level of care. She also discusses cases with the physicians to make sure the patients are being taken care of. Her goal is to ensure patients are being treated with the upmost care. Sorangel received her Associates in Science from Broward College. She is working towards her case management certification. In her spare time, she loves to read and watch movies.
