Guests experienced an exclusive, free preview of the technology driven workout located at Westend on 87 in Doral
Westend on 87th, a retail destination in the heart of Doral, marked the return of its popular Well at Westend community wellness event series for the second year with one of the shopping center’s newest tenants, Impulse Body Fitness.
Throughout the year, Westend utilizes its 7,800-square-foot open air courtyard and works with its impressive mix of over 30 locally owned, small businesses to offer programs and events to positively contribute to the community. The female-led, family-owned shopping center has served the Doral community for over 20 years and takes pride in being a community partner.
One of its most popular programs, Well at Westend, is a holistic wellness series launched in March 2022 in partnership with the City of Doral that offers complimentary health and wellness classes monthly. Designed to support whole wellness – mind, body and soul – activities range from yoga, Zumba, art workshops, meditation and mindfulness to low and high impact workouts appropriate for all ages and fitness levels. Classes are held on Saturdays and open to the community at no cost.
Well at Westend kicked off its 2023 season with one of Westend Newest tenants, Impulse Body Fitness, inviting the community to discover the fat burning, muscle toning power of its electrofitness workouts.
Impulse Body Fitness maximizes results through electrofitness, specialized technology that burns up to 2,000 calories in 25 minutes. EMS is a revolutionary technique that involves targeted muscle stimulation producing controlled contractions via a state of the art power suit. Impulse says the contractions are four times more effective than traditional training, for faster results.
