Experience the magical synergy of acupuncture and sound therapy in this dynamic treatment session to increase relaxation and improve sleep, boost the immune system and heal from disease, decrease stress and promote wellness, while being bathed with the beautiful sounds of Crystal and Tibetan bowls.
While you enjoy a relaxing sound bath led by Carmen using multiple healing instrument, you will receive acupuncture by Susana to support the powerful healing.

About the Facilitators:
Carmen aka Anahatayogi
She is a Certified Sound healer facilitator, yoga instructor, and crystal healer. She holds many certifications, including a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and business. Carmen believes that the world needs who YOU are.
After decades of losing herself in all life’s should’s and expectations, Carmen reconnected to her personal truth, and tossed the societal script–– transforming her life. Now, she guides others to be all of who they came here to be and to make their impact in the world.

Susana Brooks, AP, LAc
Meet Susana, a licensed Certified Acupuncture Physician and NCCAOM Diplomate of Oriental Medicine in Florida. She graduated with honors from Grand Valley State University in 2006 before obtaining her Master in Oriental Medicine from the Acupuncture and Massage College in 2022, where she graduated as valedictorian.
Susana’s passion for helping others began fourteen years ago when she started practicing martial arts and yoga, which led to her becoming a certified yoga teacher. She specializes in teaching mindfulness, relaxation techniques, and restorative yoga flows. Additionally, she is a certified Ayurveda Health Counselor, having studied in the United States and India.
She is now pursuing her doctorate in Oriental Medicine at Five Branches University.
Susana has a positive attitude toward life, and her enthusiasm, compassion, and calm demeanor are noticeable from the moment you meet her. She is fluent in English and Spanish, having been born and raised in Peru.
As a practitioner, Susana takes pride in her gentle and effective acupuncture treatments, which may include modalities such as moxibustion, guasha, cupping, e-stim, herbal formulas, tuina, and homeopathic injection therapy. Treating and educating patients is her true calling and something she enjoys.
