Join ADRIFT Mare for The Art of Agave, an exclusive Mexico-meets-Mediterranean cocktail class in partnership with Patrón and hosted by Gio Gutierrez of @chatchowtv, Miami’s beloved food curator, content creator and spirited storyteller!
Guests will dive into the art of agave spirits, learning how to craft expertly balanced cocktails that celebrate the bold flavors of Mexico with a Mediterranean twist. To complement the evening, enjoy the limited-time taco collaboration between Velvet Taco and ADRIFT Mare, featuring a fusion of flavors that brings together both restaurants’ signature styles.
Check it out: Mediterranean Mezze taco, featuring Fresno chile and garlic shrimp, hummus, tabouli, feta cheese, pickled red onion and oregano, all wrapped in a charred flour tortilla.
