An Evening of Poetry at The Mayfair Hotel
Join Books & Books for a special night of poetry in partnership with SWWIM — Supporting Women Writers in Miami.
Founded in 2016 by Jen Karetnick and Catherine Esposito Prescott, SWWIM is a Miami-based literary organization dedicated to uplifting women writers. They host a year-round reading series at The Betsy–South Beach and publish the daily online poetry journal SWWIM Every Day (established in 2017). Operated entirely by volunteers, SWWIM partners with cultural leaders like O, Miami and the Miami Book Fair to bring vibrant, contemporary poetry to our community.
