The evening begins with a seafood cake, spicy mayonnaise, and greens, followed by your choice of tuna crudo or a goat cheese heirloom salad. For the main course, choose between chicken two ways—sous-vide chicken breast, chicken mushroom egg roll, roasted carrots, spinach and au jus—or a tender beef short rib with rosemary demi-glace, crispy shallots, and asparagus risotto.
