For Valentine’s Day, the Italian hotspot has curated an la carte menu that includes Truffle Burrata with Caviar ($39); Lobster Fra Diablo made with bucatini, confit cherry tomato, and calabrian chili ($90); Surf & Turf with 16oz New York Strip, tiger prawn, charred broccolini, and truffle sabayon ($125); and for dessert, a Cioccolato e Frutto Della Passione made with white chocolate, passionfruit mousse, passionfruit curd, lemon biscotti, olive oil ice cream ($15).
