The Fall into Health 2023 Senior Health and Wellness Fair is a FREE health fair created by The NMB Chamber and City of NMB to inspire, educate, and motivate seniors and their family members with a mindset of total health, well being, and prevention. FREE resources, health screenings, valuable medical, legal, financial, and health/well-being related information will be provided at the Health Fair to empower attendees with the tools needed to take action to improve their lifestyle and address any mental, physical, and spiritual concerns for total health. Attendees will enjoy a fun-filled day with music, exercise, entertainment, engaging conversations with new and old friends, free giveaways, fabulous speakers, and 50+ great Raffle Prizes.
