The Fall into Health Senior Health and Wellness Fair is a free health fair created by The North Miami Beach Chamber and City of North Miami Beach to inspire, educate, and motivate seniors and their family members with a mindset of total health, wellness, and prevention. FREE resources, health screenings, health and medical information will be provided at the Health Fair to empower attendees with the tools needed to take action to improve their lifestyle and address any mental, physical, and spiritual concerns for total health. Attendees will enjoy a fun-filled day with music, exercise, fabulous speakers, meeting new and old connections, free giveaways, and 50+ great Raffle Prizes. Attendance is free.
