At La Scuola, our mission is to spread knowledge of Italian cooking and cuisine to fellow Eatalians, both young and old. We believe that good food brings people together in every way, so for this special class, we are inviting junior chefs (children ages 6 to 12) and their guardians (18+) to our classroom. This is a perfect opportunity to spend some quality time together and learn valuable techniques that you can practice in your own kitchen, too!

In our hands-on format, our Scuola Chef will guide you through how to prepare Cavatelli al Pomodoro and prepare the signature dish for you to taste in class. You’ll then dive right in to making the recipe yourself from scratch. Take your culinary creation with you at the end of the class and enjoy your hard work at home.

In this Class You Will:
Learn about the traditions and culture of Cavatelli al Pomodoro

Make your own Cavatelli from scratch by hand
