Local Author Hosts Interactive Storytime Celebrating Father-Child Bonds
Just in time for Father’s Day, the Miami-Dade Public Library System presents South Florida author Macarena luz Bianchi for a special reading from her poetry collection “Dear Dad: A Poem of Appreciation.” This interactive session offers fathers and children a meaningful opportunity to celebrate their relationship through creative expression.

“Like moms, dads often don’t receive enough appreciation for their vital role in children’s lives,” notes Bianchi. “This event creates space for children to express gratitude while dads receive the recognition they deserve.”

Following the reading, participants will engage in guided poetry exercises and coloring activities designed to strengthen bonds between fathers and children of all ages.
