Register today for what promises to be a fun-filled, high-energy and health-boosting run/walk. The 5K begins at 7 a.m. at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex at 3000 NW 199 Street in Miami Gardens.
Net proceeds from the Fit & Fabulous Delta Dash 5K will benefit the American Cancer Society and the chapter’s Physical & Mental Health service projects and programs.
